Since our formation in 2014, untethered fibre artists have successfully exhibited as a collective fibre artist group travelling an annual or biannual exhibition of forty plus art works throughout major galleries in NSW and interstate. The group works within a theme, each consecutive exhibition forming an interconnected visual and literary structure, initially over a 5-year cycle. The group enjoys a unique supportive framework with a shared dialogue and mutual support both creatively and with administrative tasks.
